Refund policy

ONLINE PURCHASE
Within 3 business days of receipt of product.
You will receive your money back at the value of the returned goods within 14 days.
Shipping costs, custom duties or any other costs in relation with the return are not refundable. 
Returned items must not show any signs of use and must be returned in the original packaging including receipt. 

AT THE STORE
Items purchased from the store can be returned within 3 business days after purchase.
You will receive a voucher for the value of the returned goods. A return in cash is not possible.

RETURN SHIPMENT
All items to be returned must be sent in as-new condition and in the original packaging, including order confirmation or receipt, to the following address (with sufficient postage):

Please note that no returns at the store of online purchases are accepted

In the following cases, a return cannot be guaranteed: 

  • Care products and sale items cannot be returned

  • Traces of use on the product

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products that have been damaged by the return shipment

  • Items lost during return shipping (we recommend keeping your return receipt and tracking number).

EXCHANGE
It is not possible to exchange online purchases. For this, a new order must be placed via the online shop and the previous one returned before it can be refunded in the case meeting all criteria of returns above.
An exchange of products purchased in the store is generally possible on site, but depends on the availability of the product.
