About Kinuta Ceramics by Sandra Sheckter:
Using both a potter’s wheel and a variety of hand-building techniques, Sandra Sheckter creates a wide range of gorgeous, unique and highly functional ceramics that will enhance any table, desk or shelf.
All of her ceramics are extremely durable, lead-free and dishwasher, microwave and oven safe.
Sandra earned her Ph.D. in Japanese Art History in 2006. She has curated, written, and lectured extensively on East Asian art at universities and museums in England and the United States, with a focus on traditional Japanese ceramics.
